Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please notify us 24 hours in advance. If this is a same day booking and you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to booked time via phone at (216) 393-9103. Booking is subject to cancellation if a service cannot be fulfilled. Any in-person service is only available to the Greater Cleveland area. If you are unsure if you're too far, call us via phone at (216) 393-9103. Unfortunately we do not deliver alcohol or tobacco products.
